Before & After: Concrete Painting

Painting of front and side concrete stairs  including surface preparation, one coat of primer, and two coats of exterior paint. Work completed using LOXON® Concrete & Masonry Primer/Sealer and Porch & Floor Enamel from Sherwin-Williams.

The result is a clean, refreshed look with enhanced durability to withstand weather and everyday use.

Deck surfaces stained using a two-step application process consisting of one spray coat followed by a second coat applied with back rolling for even coverage and long-lasting protection. Labor and materials are included.

Work completed using Olympic® Maximum Stain + Sealant, with options available in semi-transparent or solid finishes to match your desired look and level of coverage.
